Oscar Hernandez

Oscar Hernandez serves as the Director of Food Safety & Quality at ofi, overseeing processes related to almonds and macadamia nuts since November 2020. Simultaneously, Oscar is a Committee Member for the Almond Board of California, contributing to discussions on almond quality and food safety. Prior to these roles, Oscar held the position of Director of Food Safety & Quality at Super Store Industries, where significant achievements included successfully extending production runs and achieving substantial cost savings. Oscar has also worked as a Quality Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company and Kimberly-Clark, focusing on food safety and quality compliance, and has experience in thermal processing with Nestlé. Oscar holds a degree from the University of Arkansas.
