Mandla Nhleko has accumulated valuable experience in human resources roles, particularly within Sappi, where roles included HR Consultant Recruitment at Sappi and various positions at Sappi Ngodwana Mill, such as HR Learning & Development Consultant, Acting Training Manager, and Junior Learning & Development Consultant. Mandla completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Relations from the University of South Africa in 2021 and has furthered professional development through the Sappi Internal Leadership Development program from 2022 to 2023.
