Carlos Diego Barberena has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Carlos Diego started their career as a Proyeccionista at Cin茅polis, where they were responsible for building, showing, and breaking down films for scheduled showings. Carlos Diego then worked as a Concierge & Spa Host at One&Only Resorts, assisting guests with various tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Carlos later transitioned to a role as an English Foreign Language Teacher at Ingl茅s Individual San Luis Potos铆, where they taught English as a foreign language. After that, they joined Honeywell as a Sr Customer Support Specialist, where they served as the primary customer contact for their assigned portfolio of accounts and ensured all customer needs were met.

Carlos Diego then moved on to LaserAway, where they worked as a Team Lead Customer Service Specialist. In this role, Carlos managed a large volume of inbound and outbound communications and addressed customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction.

At Resideo, Carlos served as a Senior Credit Analyst, focusing on maintaining a balanced credit risk across all accounts and analyzing credit requests.

Their most recent role was at Sapphire, where they started as a Sr Credit Controller Specialist and then transitioned to the role of Credit Controller Team lead for the USA/Canada. In these roles, Carlos mentored and trained the customer service team, managed order management responsibilities, and resolved customer escalations.

Throughout their career, Carlos has demonstrated strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.

Carlos Diego Barberena attended Universidad Asbemaan from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Administraci贸n y Gesti贸n Empresarial with a specialization in Servicios financieros y de gesti贸n financiera. Prior to that, they attended Centro de Estudios Tecnol贸gicos e Industriales 125 from 2004 to 2006, where they completed their Bachillerato Tecnol贸gico Econ贸mico-Administrativo. In addition to their formal education, Carlos has also obtained several certifications in various subjects such as Outlook, soft skills, and remote work for developers from LinkedIn in 2022.
