Prabhat Dixit possesses extensive experience in business development within the food and restaurant industry, holding various managerial roles at Sapphire Foods India Limited since October 2015, including Dy General Manager for KFC and Pizza Hut in North and West India. Prior to this, Prabhat worked at Yum! Restaurants India as Dy Manager for KFC in North India and gained retail experience at Per Square Feet Real Estate Pvt Ltd and Z Square Mall. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Marketing and Operations from Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania Institute of Management and Research, completed in 2010.
