Saleem Shirazi possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and control within the garment industry, currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance & Control at Sapphire Finishing Mills Limited since July 2019, where leadership encompasses a QA/QC team of over 250 members and management of 8,000 to 10,000 garments daily. Previous positions include General Manager Operations at Sheikh Of Sialkot (PVT) LTD. and Head Manager Quality Assurance & Control at First American Corporation (Pvt) Ltd., overseeing QA teams of 45 to 50 and engaging in factory affairs. Saleem has also held managerial roles in quality assurance and production planning at Fran International (Pvt) Ltd. and Apparel Fashion Industries (Pvt) Ltd., and has provided consultancy for Augusta Sportswear Brands. Educational qualifications include a degree in Garments/Apparels/Textile/Production/Quality Assurance and Team Management from the Pakistani Swedish Engineering Institute of Technology.
