Ziang Xie has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry. In 2010, they were a Software Engineering Intern at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. From 2013 to 2019, they were a PhD in CS at Stanford University. In 2016, they were a Research Intern (Brain Team) at Google. Since 2019, they have been the CEO of Sapling Intelligence.

Ziang Xie attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
