Dayal Kangne currently serves as a Business Consultant at Sapio Analytics and as the Regional Head at Saksham, a government-initiated employment program, both positions held since June 2023. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Dayal previously acted as the CII MCC Business Head for the Western Region within the Confederation of Indian Industry, where significant contributions included connecting over 100,000 youth to job opportunities and facilitating local job fairs in Maharashtra. Dayal's earlier career includes a managerial role at Jetking Infotrain Limited and a strong educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Mumbai University. Through various initiatives, Dayal has focused on enhancing skill development and employment opportunities, particularly for the youth and blue-collar workers in India.
