Shannon Zengler, SPHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Capital at Sapient Capital since September 2024, Zengler previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Valeo Financial Advisors LLC from July 2018 to September 2024. Earlier in the career at GEICO from January 2011 to July 2018, Zengler advanced through several roles including Staff Development Business Partner, Corporate Trainer/Supervisor, and Quality Assurance Analyst, prior to starting in customer service. Zengler's career began as Assistant Director at KinderCare Education from August 2009 to January 2011. Zengler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art Education from Stephens College and has earned an Associate of Science and an Associate of Arts from the Florida School of the Arts in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts.
