Sai Narendra has worked as a Principal Quality Analyst at Sapiens since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Quality Analyst at Sapiens from May 2021 to January 2024. Before joining Sapiens, Sai worked at Cognizant as an Associate from January 2015 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the QA process, including requirement gathering, production delivery, SIT, regression, UAT support, and demos. sai also handled triage calls and focused on improving the team's knowledge.

Sai Narendra attended the University College of Engineering Vizianagaram JNTUK from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. sai has also obtained several additional certifications, including Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL) from the Indian Testing Board in 2024, Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from the Indian Testing Board in 2023, Practice of General Insurance - IC11 from the Insurance Institute of India in 2022, Principles of insurance -IC01 from the Insurance Institute of India in 2022, and API Testing Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021.
