Persi Kanga started their career in 1997 as the Director of Systems Design at Business Insurance Group Inc., where they were responsible for software engineering methodology and project management. In 2000, they became the Director of Engineering at PointSpeed Inc., where they managed the software engineering division and led supplier/partner integration efforts. From 2001 to 2006, Persi Kanga worked as a Program Manager at WorldGroup Consulting / InsureWorx. In 2006, they joined Fiserv Inc. as a Program Director and later moved on to become the National Program Director at StoneRiver in 2009. They were responsible for platform delivery, client relationships, and partner/vendor management. In 2018, Persi Kanga became the Vice President of Customer Success at Sapiens, where they oversaw long-term client relationships and growth, set strategic direction, and managed engagement finances.

Persi Kanga holds a B.Sc degree in Computer Science / Cognitive Science from the University of Toronto. Additionally, Persi pursued studies related to Reducing the Organization's Cycle Time and Project Leadership at York University.
