Eyal Rotem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and services sectors. Currently serving as VP of Professional Services at Sapiens since March 2023, Eyal previously held the position of VP Service Partner at Amdocs, where responsibilities included managing large strategic accounts and overseeing P&L performance. Eyal has a strong background in leading enterprise-level mega accounts and programs, with a focus on contractual, revenue, and personnel management. Earlier roles include Head of Planning and Control and Head of PMO & QA at Bank Hapoalim, as well as various positions at Amdocs, including Account Manager and Customer Engagement Manager. Eyal holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Consulting, a BA in Economy and Political Science, and certifications in System Analysis and Software Development.
