Amrutha Rajan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Sapiens since December 2021, Amrutha previously held the role of Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at iQuanti, Inc. from September 2019 to November 2021. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Consultant and Associate Consultant at CareerNet Technologies from June 2016 to September 2019. Amrutha holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangalore, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2016, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vivekanandha Engineering College for Women, completed from 2010 to 2014.
