Nandita Gupta has worked in multiple roles in various companies since 2011. Nandita began their career as a Data Analyst at Narayan Enterprises in 2011, where they were responsible for understanding the sales process, preparing monthly reports, and performing KPI analysis. In 2012, they moved to Ayush Hospital as a Clinical Research Co-ordinater. In 2015, they returned to Narayan Enterprises as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for forecasting monthly sales and reporting to business owners and suppliers. In 2017, they joined Accenture as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked as a Machine Learning Consultant. Later that year, they moved to First Data Corporation as a Data Analyst, where they worked on various tools such as HUE-Hadoop, SQL Server, and Cognos for data fetching, and prepared analytical models on text and numerical data. In 2019, they joined Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets as a Lead Consultant. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Support Specialist at Sapience Analytics since 2020.

Nandita Gupta has a diverse educational background. Nandita obtained their M.Sc in Biochemistry from R.L.T. College of Science between 2007 and 2009. In 2013, they completed a PGDCR in Health Professions and Related Clinical Sciences, Other from Avigna Clinical Research Institute. In 2016 and 2017, they completed a certificate course in data science from Aegis School of Business, Data Science & Telecommunication. Additionally, they have obtained a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce in June 2022, and a Clinical Research certification.
