Geeta Mandhare has over 13 years of work experience in software quality assurance. Geeta began their career in 2006 as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Amiga Development India Pvt Ltd. In 2009, they joined Sapience Analytics Pvt Ltd. where they held the roles of Senior QA Manager and Manager QA.

Geeta Mandhare completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in 2002 from Shivaji University, where they had also obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics in 1999. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications from Microsoft: Azure AI Fundamentals (2022), Azure Data Fundamentals (2021), and Azure Fundamentals (2021).
