Mr. Amos is a health industry expert in strategic planning, organizational management, and sales. The Amos family founded Aflac, a Fortune 500 Company, in 1955. Mr. Amosā€™s skills and judgment have positively impacted that organization throughout his 19ā€year career. The company had assets of more than $118 billion at the yearā€end of 2012. Tripp has held critical strategic roles with Aflac, including International Operations, Vice President of Field Force Development & Strategic Planning, and Vice President of Territory Sales. Under his Territory Sales leadership, Aflac amassed over $125 million in annual sales in his fiveā€state region. Aflac has a presence in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, and is the leading insurance company in Japan for individual insurance policies. Since 1995 Aflac has raised more than $79 million for childhood cancer treatment and research. Tripp received an MBA from Emory University in 1994.
