Thamara Ramirez-Walker is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) marketing. Currently serving as Global Vice President of Sustainability ESG Marketing at SAP, Thamara also holds key DE&I roles, overseeing initiatives for the Latino Employee Resource Group and co-leading the Business Women's network. Thamara's work includes strategic alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, crafting impactful DE&I events, and enhancing employee engagement. With previous roles in both marketing and strategic operations at SAP and Scholastic, Thamara brings a robust background in marketing automation and customer relationship management. Education includes an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School and a Master’s in Marketing. Thamara is also a member of CHIEF, aimed at empowering senior women leaders, and serves as a mentor in the HITEC Emerging Executive Program.
