Shweta Mohanty is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in managing HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for SAP in India since November 2015, Shweta has held significant roles including Vice-President of Global HR Business Partner for Enterprise Cloud Services and SAP Labs Network, and Director of Human Resources overseeing a global workforce of 5,000 across 32 countries. Prior experience includes senior HR positions at Microsoft India Development Center, where Shweta led HR for the R&D organization and played a key role in the Microsoft-Yahoo Alliance in 2010, as well as at Wipro Technologies managing HR functions in various business units. Shweta holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
