Mobin Barati is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business architecture, strategy development, and management. As the Founder and CEO of Modern Business Innovation since January 2017, Mobin has focused on identifying investment opportunities, managing operations, and building client relationships. Previous roles include Enterprise Architect at The Smith Family, where responsibilities involved aligning enterprise architecture with business goals, and Partner Advisory positions at both Busyness Capability and Digital Twin Consulting, emphasizing business capability management and research in digital transformation. Additionally, Mobin has contributed as a Principal Business Architect for the NSW Department of Education and the City of Sydney, establishing process architecture and customer-focused BPM initiatives.
