Miray Kubilay is a Junior Consultant at Tagueri AG since September 2022, specializing in the analysis and implementation of software functions and test automation for hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) systems. Previously, Miray served as a Student Assistant in Engineering Psychology at Technische Universität Dresden, where contributions included developing an expert workshop for Hierarchical Task Analysis and a questionnaire for safety processes in process control engineering. Earlier experience includes roles as a Project Assistant in Marketing Community & Experience Centers and HR Shared Services Center at Arçelik Global, focusing on best practice newsletters and candidate recruitment, respectively. Miray holds a Master of Science in Psychology: Human Performance in Socio-Technical Systems from Technische Universität Dresden and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Istanbul University.
