Lucy Withnall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at SAP since March 2000, currently serving as the General Manager for SAP Cloud Success Services in the Netherlands. With a strong background in cloud services and strategic sales, Lucy has led various teams focused on optimizing customer success through innovative SAP solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics. Previous roles include Global Sales Manager of SAP SuccessFactors and EMEA Services Sales Manager for Cloud Services, highlighting a commitment to enhancing customer experiences and achieving key business outcomes. Prior to SAP, Lucy worked as a senior SAP HCM and ABAP consultant at CMG and as an SAP Basis Administrator at South West Trains Limited. Lucy holds a BSc in Psychology from Lancaster University and an MEng in Work Design and Ergonomics from the University of Birmingham, along with advanced studies at ETH Zurich.
