Ersintya Swasthi P. currently serves in talent discovery and global employer branding at SAP, alongside a marketing and communications role in SAP University Alliances. As a member of the supervisory board and deputy head of the personal and career development department at PPI Jerman, Ersintya contributes to maximizing the potential of Indonesian students in Germany. With prior experience as COO and director of branding and marketing for Abroadening Indonesia, Ersintya has effectively crafted marketing strategies to enhance study abroad opportunities for the Indonesian community. Additionally, Ersintya held leadership roles at Women Beyond Indonesia, OpportuNest, and the 15 Menitan Podcast, focusing on social media strategy and business development. Ersintya's educational background includes pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Ecotrophology and Food Chemistry at Justus Liebig University Giessen and completing a Studienkolleg in Medicine at Heidelberg University.
