Natalie Ecker has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Interim Global Head of Talent Management at SAP Fioneer since October 2024. Prior roles include Senior Advisor at power2nature from August 2021 to October 2024, Interim Personalleitung at LHM Services GmbH in early 2023, and various interim positions at companies such as Alaiko and Urban Sports Club. Ecker has a solid background in HR, having served as Head of Human Resources at IDnow from 2015 to 2021 and Personalreferentin at Zeppelin Rental GmbH from 2013 to 2015. Ecker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kulturwissenschaften/Rechtswissenschaften from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, earned between 2010 and 2013.
