Xiao Li is an accomplished Project Engineer with extensive experience in delivering capital projects in the Queensland CSG fields, managing projects valued from $1 million to over $200 million since February 2018 at Santos Ltd. Prior to this role, Xiao Li founded and managed M&Q Infinity Group while also serving as Program Lead and previously held various engineering positions at Santos Ltd, including Graduate Mechanical Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from The University of Queensland between 2006 and 2010.
