Alessandro Drudi has extensive work experience in human resources. Alessandro currently works as the HR Director at SANTONI, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Aeffe Spa, where they held various HR roles including HR Director from 2020 to 2023, HR Manager from 2016 to 2020, HR Business Partner from 2011 to 2015, and Recruiter from 2008 to 2010. Before joining Aeffe Spa, they worked as a Recruiter at Elite Group S.r.L from 2005 to 2008.

Alessandro Drudi pursued their education in various institutions. In 1996, they attended Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, majoring in Political and Social Sciences until 2003. Continuing their education, they enrolled in ISDA Business & People Partner Roma in 2004, completing a European Master's degree in Human Resources Management, with a focus on personnel selection, training, organization, and compensation policies. In 2012, Alessandro Drudi attended 24ORE Business School, earning a Master's degree in Strategic HR Management, specializing in the development of human resources. Alessandro further enhanced their skill set by obtaining a Project Management certification from Fondazione Aldini Valeriani in 2017. In 2020, Alessandro Drudi attended Scuola di Formazione IPSOA, completing a Master's program in ESG Sustainability advanced management, focusing on sustainable practices within companies. Furthermore, they obtained a Privacy Specialist DPO certification from Musa Formazione in 2021, specifically in the field of Privacy/GDPR. Currently, Alessandro Drudi is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bologna Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
