Tomas Chleborad is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the People & Culture Business Partner for Europe at Santhera Pharmaceuticals since December 2023, Tomas previously held the position of Associate Director of HR at Luzsana Biotechnology from November 2020 to November 2023. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Partner at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Senior Search Consultant at Basel International Search. Tomas's career began with positions as a Recruitment Resourcer at Stamford Consultants and NonStop Pharma, as well as Search Consultant roles at CTC Resourcing Solutions. Additionally, Tomas contributed to a university research project on skilled labor recruitment for Outokumpu. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Aalto University and Aarhus University, complemented by studies at Lycée Carnot in Dijon, France.
