Carlos Alberto Barbosa has extensive experience in maintenance supervision, with a proven track record at Santher and CMPC Melhoramentos. Currently serving as Supervisor of Planej Manut e TPM at Santher since September 2018, Carlos oversees a team responsible for maintenance planning, budgeting, and capital expenditures. Previous roles include supervisory positions managing large teams for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance across various manufacturing and utilities sectors. Carlos's expertise in implementing maintenance strategies and tools, such as predictive maintenance systems and root cause analysis, has led to significant improvements in operational efficiency. Educationally, Carlos holds a degree in Production Engineering, a Technologist degree in Mechatronics, and an MBA in Maintenance Management.
