Sean Gardiner has a diverse work history, starting with their position as a BioMedical Scientist at NHS from 1991 to 2006. Sean then worked at Johnson & Johnson as an Ortho Clinical Diagnostics specialist from 2006 to 2012. Sean joined Allergan in 2012, where they held roles such as Marketing Manager Retina - Europe, Africa & Middle East, and International Strategic Marketing Senior Manager - Ophthalmology until 2015. From 2015 to 2019, Sean served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Origin, Inc. Princeton, and later as Vice President of Medical Marketing & Portfolio Development. Sean then went on to work at Ferring Pharmaceuticals as a Global Marketing Director for the Gonadotropin Portfolio from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Sean is employed at Santen as the Director of Global Medical Affairs for Glaucoma.

Sean Gardiner earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Westminster from 1991 to 1996. Sean also obtained a Post Grad State Registration - UK from the Health & Care Professions Council.
