Rosa Lee Deavers has extensive experience in management and continuous improvement, currently serving as Fleet Manager and Continuous Improvement Coach at Santee Cooper since October 2016, after previously holding roles as Buyer III and Stores Specialist from 2007 to 2016. Prior to Santee Cooper, Rosa worked as an Administrative Assistant II at Eagan, McAllister Associates, Inc. from 2006 to February 2009 and as a Purchasing Assistant at Nucor Steel from 2002 to 2006. Rosa completed internships every summer during college while receiving a scholarship from Nucor Steel. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Project Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Citadel, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
