Justine Avenel is an accomplished project manager currently leading the FCTC Knowledge Hub at Santé publique France since November 2018. Avenel oversees national strategies and campaigns related to tobacco prevention and public awareness, including the Mois sans tabac initiative, while coordinating a multidisciplinary team. Prior to this role, Avenel worked at BETC from July 2015 to October 2018 in various positions including Chef de groupe, managing integrated campaigns for clients such as Bouygues Telecom and NBC Universal. Avenel also held leadership roles in student organizations at emlyon business school and gained market research experience at VINCI Energies, further complemented by responsibilities in legal and organizational aspects at La Chaine de l'Espoir. Avenel holds degrees from emlyon business school and Aalto University, alongside a background in scientific studies from Lycée Henri IV.
