Tessa Walschots has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and recruitment, currently serving as M&O Business Partner and Leefstijlcoach at Santé Partners since May 2018, responsible for HR matters within a specific region and supporting the advisory team. Prior to this role, Tessa held various positions at Unique from August 2008 to April 2018, including HR-adviseur and Manager Recruitment en Salesteam, focusing on recruitment for clients in the semi-government sector. Tessa's earlier work experience includes recruitment coordinator at Belastingdienst and a telephone operator position at Marriott International. Tessa holds multiple post-HBO degrees in lifestyle coaching and labor law, as well as an advanced recruitment qualification and a Bachelor's degree in Communicatiemanagement from Hogeschool van Utrecht.
