Tanja Den Boer is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in oncology and palliative care, currently serving as a trainer in nursing technical skills at Santé Partners since September 2021. Previously, Tanja held various roles, including indicator HBO nurse at Rosorum and client advisor at Opella from January 2019 to September 2021. Tanja has also worked as a hospice nurse at Hospice Wageningen Renkum and as a specialized district nurse for oncology and palliative care at Thuiszorg Groot Gelre, contributing significantly to the field since 2012. Tanja's leadership experience includes serving as chair of the nursing and caregiving advisory council at STMG, where Tanja advised on care policy and facilitated connections between management and staff.
