Tomek Cychol currently serves as the Head of Non-Financial Risk at Santander Consumer Bank Nordics, overseeing 2nd line of defense non-financial risk processes and quality assurance. With a strong background in operational risk management, Tomek previously held various leadership positions at Santander Consumer Bank SA, including Director of the Operational Risk Control Department. Prior roles at AIG involved managing operational risk frameworks and business process optimization. Tomek holds multiple degrees, including a Risk Management certificate from Birmingham City University and an MBA from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
