Luciana Li has extensive experience in business development and executive support roles, currently serving as the Business Development Assistant to the General Manager and Secretary to the Steering Committee at Santalucia Seguros SSC since September 2017. Luciana's responsibilities include planning and preparing board meetings, taking minutes, organizing business events, and facilitating communication among SSC members. Prior to this, Luciana held the position of Senior Executive Assistant to the General Manager and Secretary to the Steering Committee at Aviva Servicios Compartidos from 2007 to September 2017, and served as an Executive Assistant to International Corporate Directors at Aviva Grupo Corporativo from 2002 to 2007. Luciana’s education includes a degree in Digital Marketing with a specialization in Ecommerce, ongoing studies in Chinese language and literature, and various leadership and mindfulness courses.
