Cesar Lugo, CFM, is an experienced professional in maintenance, operations, and transportation within educational institutions. Currently, Cesar serves as the Director of Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation for the Santa Maria Joint Union High School District, after holding positions such as Director of Maintenance at Santa Ynez Valley Union High School District and Facilities Engineer. Previously, Cesar was the CEO of ABC Contracting Solutions and worked in various roles at UCSB Facilities and Planning, including Senior Craft Zone Lead and Craft Zone Lead. Academically, Cesar is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University, having previously earned an Associate of Science in Business Management from Allan Hancock College.
