Rick Seaver is an experienced professional with significant expertise in business development and project management. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Santa Maria Community Services since March 2023 and as the Director of Business Development for Sunesis Holdings since September 2022, Rick has previously held the same role at Sunesis Construction for a brief period in 2022. Prior to these positions, Rick was the Exterior Services Manager at Queen City Mechanicals from October 2018 to March 2022 and worked as an Estimator/Project Manager at The Paul Rohe Company from March 2011 to October 2018. Earlier career roles include Asphalt Sales at Loveland Excavating and Paving, Inc. in 2010 and Director of Project Development at Kiesland from March 2007 to May 2010. Rick's career began as a Superintendent at Legend Homes from January 1998 to August 2004. Rick's foundational experience was gained during military service in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 1997.
