Lisa Macon has a diverse professional background that spans various roles in business development, project management, and hospitality. Currently serving in the Health Promotion/Fall Prevention division of the Volunteer Center of Santa Cruz County since August 2024, Lisa previously held the position of Business Development Coordinator at DBI Architects, Inc. from August 2020 to August 2024. Prior experience includes roles in business development, accounting, project management, and human resources at WGS/Officeworks/Dynamic Business Interiors, where Lisa contributed to two successful business mergers. Earlier positions include office manager and assistant property accountant at Urban Retail Properties, and various housekeeping leadership roles at prestigious hotels such as the St. Regis/Carlton Hotel and the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Towers. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has furthered education at Cabrillo College and American University.
