Rich Aiello is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in regional management and retail banking. Currently serving as SVP - Regional Manager for Salinas and Monterey at Santa Cruz County Bank since December 2019, Rich Aiello previously held the position of SVP - Regional Manager for Central Coast at Mechanics Bank for a brief period in late 2019. Rich Aiello's career also includes a long tenure at Rabobank, N.A., where roles included VP - Retail Market Manager and SVP - Retail Market Manager from 2006 to August 2019. Rich Aiello earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and completed the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington from 2011 to 2013.
