Emmanuel Zuniga is an experienced asset manager with a career spanning over two decades in property management and housing services. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Santa Clara County Housing Authority since October 2024, Emmanuel previously held senior roles at the Mission Economic Development Agency and Mercy Housing. Emmanuel's extensive background includes positions such as Area Director of Property Operations at Mercy Housing and various supervisory and managerial roles at TNDC, Chinatown Community Development Center, and Goldrich Kest.
