The Directors Team at the Santa Barbara Zoo is responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic direction and operational execution across all departments. This includes areas such as Human Resources, Retail Operations, Facilities & Horticulture, Membership, Marketing, Conservation & Science, Education, Advancement, Food & Beverage, and Safety & Security, each led by specialized directors. The team works collectively to ensure that the zoo's mission of preservation, conservation, and education is effectively fulfilled while enhancing the guest experience.
