Laura Capps, a proud graduate of Santa Barbara public schools, and member of the Board of Education for Santa Barbara Unified School District. Her son is an elementary student in the school she attended. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from UC Berkeley and a Masters from the London School of Economics.
