Raymond Files, NRP, currently serves as a Dedicated Product Manager for Fire & EMS at Sansio, with primary responsibilities centered on HealthEMS/MobileTouch for the FDNY since May 2023. Concurrently, Raymond has been the Director of Field Operations at Usagi Medical Group since July 2017, overseeing Medical Response teams at conventions around Atlanta and developing operational plans and clinical guidelines. Previously, Raymond held the position of Lieutenant at Fort Bend County from January 2021 to May 2023, focusing on clinical and professional development. Additional experience includes roles as a Paramedic at DeKalb County Fire and Rescue and Urgent Care 24/7, along with operational leadership at Amerimed EMS and contributions as Assistant Director of Medical Services at Anime Weekend Atlanta. Raymond holds an Associate's degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician from Gwinnett Technical College and has an educational background from Charles Sturt University.
