Susan Slatylak-Cheeks serves as the Global Head of Medical and Scientific Procurement at Sanofi, where responsibilities include overseeing worldwide procurement for scientific, medical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and clinical services, managing an annual spend of approximately €400 million. With over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors, Susan has held various leadership roles at Sanofi, including Senior Director of the Immunology and Inflammation Development Franchise and Director of global therapeutic operations. Previous positions include critical roles at Merck and Rhône-Poulenc Rorer, focusing on clinical trials and operations in cardiovascular research. Susan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Education and a BS in Registered Nursing from Holy Family University.
