Stuart Persky is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), affirmative action, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as a Board Member of the National Industry Liaison Group (NILG) since August 2019, Stuart also co-chaired the NILG 2022 National Conference, facilitating discussions on best practices within the industry. With a career at Sanofi starting in December 2000, Stuart holds the position of Director of EEO & HR Compliance and DEI, overseeing compliance strategies and driving DEI initiatives across North America. Previous leadership roles include Chairperson of the New Jersey Industry Liaison Group from January 2011 to December 2014, and various positions at Colgate-Palmolive. Stuart's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Psychology from Hunter College, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
