Simone Kardatzki has extensive experience in engineering, primarily within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Since January 2009, Simone has held various leadership positions at Sanofi, including ICF Engineering Head Unit Fill & Finish and Head of Engineering Site Frankfurt Insulins, focusing on industrialization projects and team development. Responsibilities have included roadmap development, resource planning, design for manufacturing, and quality assurance. Prior to Sanofi, Simone worked at Fresenius Kabi as a Projektingenieur Prozessentwicklung, where expertise in process development and the establishment of production facilities for infusion bags was developed. Simone holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Construction & Development from Technische Hochschule Ulm and attended Kettering University.
