Serpil Heger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving at Sanofi since November 2004 in various leadership roles. Heger has expertise in People & Culture, global program excellence, and customer experience management, playing a vital role in transforming business operations and enhancing service delivery across Europe. Previous positions include managing strategic marketing and portfolio management for diabetes-related pharmaceuticals and leading device development projects within the Sanofi-Regeneron alliance. Heger holds a Master of Arts degree and is certified as a Project Management Practitioner by the International Project Management Association. Prior to Sanofi, Heger gained valuable project management experience at Roche and Attilio Giusti Leombruni.
