Salah Dkhissi is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and technical infrastructure. Currently serving as ITS Service Support Owner at Sanofi since April 2017, Salah is responsible for executing project plans, managing governance and risks, and addressing incidents across various project environments. Prior to this role, Salah worked as an IT Project Leader Intern, focusing on technical infrastructure and Agile methodologies. Earlier experience includes a project management internship at ExeQuo, where Salah developed project management processes and automated tasks using C#. Salah holds an engineering degree in computer engineering from Sup Galilée, along with education from Université de Sherbrooke and Lycée Paul-Eluard.
