Oksana Moroz serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Sanofi since October 2020, with previous tenure in the same role at INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER LLC. HILTON KYIV from March 2015 to September 2020. Oksana has extensive experience in organizing and controlling accounting, tax, and management functions for large enterprises, including developing and implementing accounting policies in accordance with IFRS and Ukraine GAAP. Responsibilities have included overseeing financial statement preparation, tax reporting, payroll operations, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Oksana holds a Master’s degree in accounting and audit from Donetsk National Technical University and has completed various international accounting certifications, including ACCA DipIFR from the Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Ukraine and the International Certification Program for Professional Accountants CAP/CIPA. Additionally, Oksana pursued education at Ernst & Young between September 2021 and July 2023.
