Hong-Woon Yang is a highly experienced scientist currently serving as a Principal Scientist at Sanofi since 2018, previously holding the position of Senior Scientist. Prior experience includes a role as Research Scientist III at GlycoMimetics from 2013 to 2018, a Contract Research Scientist at CoMentis for a brief period in 2012, and a Research Investigator at Array BioPharma from 2002 to 2011. Educational credentials include a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in Organic Chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University, a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Texas A&M University, an M.S. in Organic Chemistry from Pohang University of Science and Technology, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Seoul National University.
