Andrea Harmsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Head of Quality Operations Cluster and previously in several senior quality-related positions at Sanofi since January 2013, Andrea's responsibilities encompass quality risk management, site inspections, and continuous improvement processes. Prior experience includes roles at Roche Diagnostics as Quality Manager, where Andrea established complaint handling processes, and at Haupt Pharma Wolfratshausen GmbH, heading a sterile manufacturing department. Andrea began a career at Bayer HealthCare and holds a Master's degree in Process Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf.
