Jacek Kusajda has extensive experience in market research and business support, having worked in various roles at sanofi-aventis, sanofi-synthelabo, and Pentor Research International. Currently, at Sanofi Polska, Jacek serves as the Business Excellence Manager for RX Specialty Care, Oncology, Diabetes & Cardiovascular. Additionally, at Shire, Jacek holds the position of Head of Customer Excellence CEE as well as Head of Commercial Operations & Patient Services Poland-SEE and Head of Commercial Operations, with a special focus on specialty care.
